Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wonderful, very helpful. They exceed my expectations. Friendly service. Very caring. All options are explained. They genuinely care how the patient is doing whether it's asking how you're doing, providing extra wax, answering any questions, etc. Scheduling appointments is easy and there are always times that fit in our busy schedule.

My visit.

My visit to this orthodontics was amazing. My family and I were going to go to another orthodontics in Rochester and they werent very friendly to us. A family friend of mine sugguested to us Overby Orthodontics. We went there and my first appointment was outstanding. They were way more friendly and way more nice and understanding how nervous I was. They exsplained everything perfectly and when I asked a question they didnt look at me like I was crazy, they understood what I was asking and exsplained it. The part I loved the most is when I walked in to the office I got greeted right away and they called me by my frist name. Dr.Overby also told me how much better my teeth were looking every time he looked at them. That made me feel a lot better about everything and I am very happy I went here.

Great Service!

This office is the epitome of organization! It is so convenient to see Dr. Overby at the Stewartville site instead of driving into Rochester. We get email reminders of appointments with online confirmation, and each visit comes with a printed school excuse and reminder card for next time. They thought of everything! The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and great to work with. No wasting time in a waiting room...this place runs like clockwork!! Great job, Overby staff!!

I Love Overby Orthodontics!

I was interested in finding an orthodontic provider that was easily accessible, professional, but also fun and friendly. I looked at a few options, but friends and family recommended Overby Orthodontics. They were happy with their service and I have to say so far I have been also! The staff always greet you with a smile and know you on a first name basis. They have 3 great locations, and are flexible on payment plans. I was a little nervous getting braces as an adult, but they quickly made me feel at ease and showed me many different options. I love chatting about the weekend or summer plans, when able ha ha. I am looking forward to having my son get braces there also. Overby is a great community resource and totally worth every penny! Thanks Overby!!!

One Great Place

I would highly recommend Overby Orthodontics. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They are knowledgable and communicate what they are doing. They listen and answer your questions. They really strive to make getting and having braces a positive experience. Both my daughter and I got our braces on about the same time and my daughter has commented to me how nice everyone is at Overby. Best of all, I see our smiles getting bigger and bigger!

Honesty

I brought both my children in for their second recheck, Dr. Overby is monitoring as their permanent teeth come in. I expected all orthodontics to recommend braces whether they needed them or not, Dr. Overby was very honest and told me my children have great teeth.

Service with a Smile!

Dr. Overby's office is great. My daughter had her first appointment over 3 years ago. They told me the entire course of treatment- and even though she was only 9 at the time- talked to HER as if she mattered, not just me. I think this is great. They really know what they are doing with kids, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. She is now going for her second round of braces, which we were told would happen at the first appointment. There are never any surprises either financially, or treatment wise. This is the best practice around in my opinion!

I was overwhelmed when my son was told he needed braces. He was 9 and very scared about the process. The people at Overby were very understanding and helpful in educating us and helping us through it. They answered our questions and were patient with us. Personalized care

All the staff at Overby is welcoming and friendly. I was given the best options to correct my problem that would fit my lifestyle and budget. I was amazed and how affordable and quick the treatment was going to be for me! They never tried to "upsell" me into something that would not fit my needs. They explained to me the process from beginning to end, and there were details in the process that I would have never thought of to complete the look. This is an important process to me so I'm glad they already thought of all the little things that matter. I couldn't be happier!

Both our daughters go to OVERBY and we wouldn't take them any other place! The appointment times are great, we get in with in minutes of arriving. The staff is VERY friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Overby is wonderful with his patients and explaining to them and parents.

Our experience in the Overby office was exceptional. Our daughter was tentative about the visit and the Doctor was very patient and endearing with her. She said she liked him the minute we left the office. My husband and I had some questions as well and both the staff and doctor were very patient and well informed and handled our inquiries well.
